3CM is a process and method built over 20 years of experience working with Micro, Small to Medium, National and International clients in 100 different industries. The common problem I found was a lack of clear planning and process
of understanding in the fast-moving ever-changing pace of the Digital environment.
This was due to 3C traditionally representing Customer, Company, Competitor which for some companies would lead to a massive hole in the marketing strategy.
